For this reason, we offer a 30-Day Replacement or Refund Guarantee for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
30-Day Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Policy
If your product, part, or component arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please email us within 30 days of receiving your shipment at:

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
For qualified claims, PetCare Equipment Co. may provide:
- a replacement product
- a replacement part or component
- repair support
- a refund, when appropriate
PetCare Equipment Co. covers 100% of shipping costs for qualified replacements related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Depending on the product and issue, we may require the item or component to be returned before a replacement or refund is processed. Once the returned item or component has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email when your replacement, refund, or resolution has been processed.
Commercial Equipment Policy
Our products are commercial-grade pet care equipment intended for long-term professional, business, facility, mobile, or property use.
Because many of our products are large, heavy, freight-shipped, made-to-order, custom-configured, supplier-fulfilled, or subject to manufacturer requirements, we have specific return limitations.
Final Sale Policy
All non-defective product sales are final.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or non-defective products after an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.

- changes their business plans after placing the order

Manufacturer Return Programs
Some brands or manufacturers may offer their own return, warranty, trial, repair, or replacement programs.
If a manufacturer provides a return or replacement option for a specific product, PetCare Equipment Co. will help coordinate the process according to the manufacturer’s terms, requirements, and timeline.
Manufacturer-backed programs apply only to products where such a program is explicitly available. Products without a manufacturer-backed return option remain final sale under our commercial equipment policy unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
